The first 15 road miles of the original delivery and original pickup are included. Billing rounds each leg’s road distance down to one decimal place, then charges $2 per excess mile ($0.20 per excess tenth). Separately approved extra customer-requested legs cost $2 per road mile from mile 0, with no 15-mile allowance. Exact distances and charges need review before payment. This preview does not calculate routes or a payable quote.

Get the boxes ready before the curb.

A short Redmond loading window is easier to use when boxes are already packed and labeled inside the property. Group them by destination room, keep an essentials box separate and leave shared walkways clear. Build your mix with Large bins, optional XL bins and separately selected dollies. Check the path from vehicle to entrance for stairs or thresholds so your packing plan fits the actual unloading route.
