Ask before saving a space at the curb
Brier's parking code requires specific city permission to reserve roadway space for exclusive parking. It also regulates trailers and restricts trucks over two-ton capacity and semitrailers on public right-of-way from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. Ask the city how the vehicle's capacity, trailer setup, timing and any stated exceptions apply to your move. Keep the unloading point clear of sidewalks, neighboring driveways and posted restrictions, and confirm the arrangement before placing cones or holding a space.

Describe the whole unloading footprint
Brier's right-of-way chapter includes work other than excavation as well as construction activities. If your proposed loading setup would use public space beyond ordinary parking, ask the city how the rules apply before proceeding. Include the ramp, equipment, bin-staging area and pedestrian route in that question. Keep the plan address-specific: permission from a property owner alone does not answer whether a public shoulder or sidewalk can be occupied during the move.

Check the approach across each jurisdiction
A trip into Brier may use state highways, another city's streets and county roads. Snohomish County's closure page covers unincorporated roads and links separately to state-highway information; it is not a complete map of Brier street conditions. Use the resources that match your chosen route, then confirm the final block and driveway with the property contact. Recheck shortly before travel and follow signs on the ground if conditions differ from an online map.
