Welcome to hiveboxx.com, an exciting new service that takes the hassle out of moving. The hiveboxx.com website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Moovd d/b/a ("HiveBoxx Moving Supplies”). hiveboxx.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms. conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of hiveboxx.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.
hiveboxx.com is a “hybrid” E-commerce Site. HiveBoxx Moving Supplies rents and sells eco-friendly moving equipment, such as boxes, dollies, hand trucks, and a variety of moving supplies. HiveBoxx Moving Supplies also sells natural products for household everyday use, smart technology products for the home, hydration-related items, apparel, and various accessories.
Privacy
Your use of hiveboxx.com is subject to the HiveBoxx Moving Supplies Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer third-party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. HiveBoxx Moving Supplies and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.
HiveBoxx Moving Supplies does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use hiveboxx.com only with written permission signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your Equipment rental order we’re here to help. Cancellations that are placed:
(A). Four (4) days or more in advance of the scheduled delivery date are charged $20.00 and…
(B). Three (3) days before costs $60.00 and…
(C). The day-before or same-day cancellations are half the cost of the order. We have this fee due to all the internal labor costs and logistical costs that we spend to prep and load your order for delivery.
Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at HiveBoxx.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if HiveBoxx.com covers the shipping cost. Return Policy
HiveBoxx Moving Supplies accepts returns in the case of damaged, delayed, incorrect, or unwanted items. Please contact orders@hiveboxx.com for any return inquiries.

A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish of the parties this agreement and all related documents are written in English.
